⚡ On April 2, 1978, an enormous and unexplained blast shook Bell Island, Newfoundland. Electrical systems erupted, appliances failed, animals were killed, and strange holes appeared near the Bickford family property.

Even more unsettling, twelve-year-old Darin Bickford reported an unnatural silence before the boom and luminous spheres swirling close to the ground afterward.
